Re: Who is the AFC's leading rusher?

TJ is leading the AFC with 750 yards and rookie running back Chris Johnson is 2nd with 723 yards on the ground.

Both are having a solid year!

CJ should be in the top three for ROY

Re: Who is the AFC's leading rusher?

Johnson is good, but I'm not putting him top 3, top 5 easily...
right now, all eyes are on Matt Ryan and Joe Flacco.

Flacco has taken control of an offense that wasn't anything the last year, and taken them to some W's. His solid passing game has opened the door for the running attack with 4 solid running backs, McGahee, Rice, McClain, Neal... they are 4th in the league with rushing per game and averging 33.1 points a game.

Matt Ryan has taken over an Atlanta Falcons team that hasn't been dominate, and helped them also produce a 6-3 record, and opened up their running game.

I would putt Matt Forte above Chris Johnson.. he's 10 yards shy of the rookie rushing record, and he's playing on a Bears offense that is so flip floppy this year.

Good points but I'd rather have CJ any day before Forte. Forte is good don't get me wrong but CJ has that game breaking speed and he runs with more power then most people would've thought.

No, Chris Johnson has speed.. he's quick as lightning, but he doesn't even have the power of Ray Rice (rookie from Rutgers). That's why the Titans do the 1-2 punch... they have White for power, and Johnson for speed.

I know but Have you really watch this kid play? He has great speed but his vision and running style is far beyond what most expected from him. He proved he can break tackles, follow block and even bring the boom on some defenders.

Plus he changes the way a defense plays because they don't wanna get burned with the home run!

Re: Who is the AFC's leading rusher?

Ok he's not a power back but he has a lot more then speed in his game. I don't believe I've heard one expert say anything bad about the kid so far this season!

Re: Who is the AFC's leading rusher?

I've been impressed with Johnson but his difficulties to find the end zone early in the year is one reason I put Forte slightly ahead of him. And I don't wanna hear that White was getting the goal line carries, he did, but Johnson had his shots too. Trust me, I like him, picked him very early in a fantasy league because I thought he would be good. He was helping with yardage but those not finding the end zones were annoying
What we've got here is failure to communicate. Some men you just can't reach, so you get what we had here last week which is the way he wants it. Well, he gets it.
